After deciding to put a balustrade around the patio in our garden to make it grandchildren safe could not find a system we liked from local suppliers, went online and found the Pink Sand group, from my initial enquiry with rough measurements through to the design and delivery the whole team at Pink Sands have been amazing resolving issues and communicating through the entire process cannot fault anything and we are so pleased with the results.

I worked with Pink Sand Group on quite a large job for a friend, where they supplied stainless steel balustrading and associated glazing. I found their guys most helpful at each every stage, from initially helping me schedule the quantities, providing advice on technical issues (particularly in relation to the balustrading assembly, drilling and tapping etc.), and also in sorting the logistics of delivery to an awkward location. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

From start to finish from the first time i walked into the office absolutely amazing service from mark and the team with a very quick turnaround with nothing but great workmanship , marks knowledge was second to non helping with with everything and all the specs for the building control , delivery was great , had to call a couple of times for advice and the team didn’t hesitate to help me at all , and the communication was great , hoping to get more jobs so can use this company again , Thankyou ! What a great and personable company to deal with on our project for a stainless, wired balustrade. Not a straight forward configuration and a tweak was needed at because of a cosmetic change at our end, but the process of making the change was speedy & painless. A great product, excellent quality and my contractor says straight forward to install. Delivery and timetable was kept to. It was a pleasure to deal with a professional company.
